Project You YogaProject You opened in August of 2016 as the first Yoga studio in downtown Seymour, IN. Kelley Gillaspy's passion for health and well being combined with her love of Yoga sparked an idea that she just couldn't shake. She wanted to offer a beautiful safe space to practice yoga in her home town!

Gentle/Relaxing Yoga

Come relax, rejuvenate, stretch and strengthen with our restorative/gentle yoga class. Gentle yoga is designed for all levels, but is especially wonderful if you are looking for a slower paced class or if you are new to yoga. This class has a beginners mindset and will review basics of yoga postures, breathing and alignment.
