Seymour Main Street has several volunteer opportunities: 

Seymour Main Street utilizes Main Street America's Four Point Approach as follows.

Promotions Committee

Positions the downtown as the center of the community and hub of economic vitality, while creating a positive image that showcases our community's unique characteristics. Meets Bi-Monthly at 9:00 AM.

Design Committee

Supports our community's transformation by enhancing the physical and visual assets that set our commercial district apart. Meets Quarterly at 3:00 PM. Click here to view our streetscape plan.

Economic Vitality

Focuses on capital, incentives, and other economic and financial tools to assist new and existing businesses and create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators that drive local economies. Meets Quarterly at 10:00 AM.

Organization Committee

Involves creating a strong foundation for a sustainable revitalization effort, including cultivating partnerships, community involvement, and resources for the district. Meets Bi-Monthly at 9:00 AM.

**All Committee Meetings are held at City Hall in Seymour, Indiana**

Seymour Main Street's Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at City Hall at 1:00 PM. We ask that volunteers participate as a committee member for the duration of one year before asking to become a member of the Board of Directors.
